Carla Gabbard has lived in Southeastern Kentucky for the last 10
years. She married a native of Jackson County and quickly
settled down to life in the country raising her three children. She
worked within her community and surrounding communities, including
Owsley County as a liaison for the Environmental Education PRIDE
program for several years. She owns several successful businesses in
Jackson County. Carla brings a solid expertise of management,
teaching, and recruitment skills to her position as Hub manager for the
Owsley County Teleworks Hub. Carla has a true desire to help people
in rural Kentucky achieve their goals and find gainful employment
within their communities.
