The Annville Teleworks Hub opened in January 2015 with support from the Jackson County Fiscal Court, Peoples Rural Telephone Cooperative (PRTC), the Appalachian Regional Commission, and Jackson County/McKee Industrial Development Authority.

Annville Teleworks Hub

Annville, Ky.

The Annville Teleworks Hub in Jackson County, Ky., features 11 private workstations and can accommodate up to eight people at a time for our customizable distance learning workshops to prepare prospective teleworkers for open telework positions. The hub also includes ample space for telework job fairs to assist employers looking for new hires, is centrally located to draw jobseekers from a four-county radius.

Teleworks USA provides free workshops designed to upskill prospective teleworkers and prepare them for a variety of teleworking jobs. And best of all, workshop curriculum is completely customizable based on employer needs. Our workshops provide up to 72 hours of instruction on topics including digital literacy, customer service, and tech support, but can be updated with company-specific instruction so applicants can hit the ground running once they begin their new jobs. If you’re an employer, we can partner with you to help meet your workforce needs.

Teleworks USA’s workshops provide the opportunity to earn multiple industry-recognized certifications, including the National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) and the National Retail Federation (NRF) Certificate.

Seventy-two hours of online instruction in customer service, digital literacy, and tech support, including workshops on XBox gaming platforms and digital cable and satellite boxes.

Hub managers facilitate each workshop, which can accommodate between six to 12 participants.

Meet our Team

Katelyn Dunn

Katelyn Dunn / Teleworks USA Annville Hub Manager

Katelyn Dunn is a native of Six Lakes, Michigan.  She worked in a variety of public service positions
before meeting and marrying her husband, James, who was in active duty in the United States Army.  
They lived at Fort Campbell until his deployment to Iraq and Afghanistan. Upon his completion and
discharge from the Army, they moved to James’ hometown Gray Hawk, in Jackson County, Kentucky. 
They have been happily residing in Jackson County near family and friends for eight years. Together they
have a seven-year-old son, Wyatt. Katelyn earned her Associate of Arts from Somerset Community
College and is in her senior year working on her teaching degree on a part-time basis from Eastern
Kentucky University. Katelyn has a strong background in public relations, teaching, and public
speaking. She is currently employed as the Teleworks USA Hub Manager in Jackson County. Katelyn
actively teaches Teleworks USA workshops in customer service and digital literacy. She has helped to
place over a hundred people in work-from-home employment since beginning her employment with
Teleworks USA in 2016.
