Centrally located within Eastern Kentucky, the Hazard Teleworks Hub features 12 private and secure workstations along with space for five people to complete up to 72 hours of customer service and digital literacy workshops. The Hazard Hub also shares space with the Kentucky Career Center JobSight one-stop facility, which connects prospective teleworkers in the area with a bevy of career and employment services via the federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act. The Hazard Hub can also host telework job fairs or hiring events for employers as needed.
Teleworks USA provides free workshops designed to upskill prospective teleworkers and prepare them for a variety of teleworking jobs. And best of all, workshop curriculum is completely customizable based on employer needs. Our workshops provide up to 72 hours of instruction on topics including digital literacy, customer service, and tech support, but can be updated with company-specific instruction so applicants can hit the ground running once they begin their new jobs. If you’re an employer, we can partner with you to help meet your workforce needs.
